We all know that anyone who suffers from this condition does not want to be told that there is no psoriasis cure that can get rid of this condition. While research has been done on this skin condition; the truth is that there is still no known cure for this with medications. However, this is one of the main reasons that so many people begin turning to using natural psoriasis cures; they understand that one day they may be able to find a way to not only get relief from this condition but they may be able to cure it.
You have to understand that every person who suffers from this condition is different and just because a psoriasis cure work for some people; is not necessarily going to work for you
I decided to travel on a “Blood cleanup Diet”:
Wake up: two Glasses of water
Fruit and vegetables solely (except citrus or tropical fruit – no kiwi, oranges etc.) On most mornings I juiced my fruit & vegetables – apples, pears, carrots, cucumbers, beet and celery all found their thanks to my juicer.
inexperienced salads or Steamed veggies (Steamed veggies area unit higher if you have got a sensitive stomach) with lemon and olive/sesame oil + Rice (I mixed white and rice for a more robust taste). Night shade vegetables don’t seem to be allowed (tomatoes, potatoes, eggplant).
tea (no sugar, you’ll be able to place in a very very little honey)
poached Apples (no sugar), Rice cakes unfit in oil or almond butter, fruit (no dried fruits since they contain completely different additives).
Fish or Organic farm chicken poached in lemon, ginger, recent herbs oil or garlic. Steamed vegetables.Alcohol, Dairy, Coffee, Sugar, wheat or protein product don’t seem to be Allowed.
Eat at regular times and don’t skip meals. don’t let your glucose levels drop.
Try to get regular daily exercise (walking is OK) Drink a minimum of eight glasses of water daily.
